MOVING IN HARMONY WITH THE UNIVERSE

Immerse in a harmonious flow of movement and music at one of New York’s finest yoga centers, Om Factory.  Kirtan Smith and Gaura Vani will host this one-of-a-kind workshop titled Moving in Harmony with the Universe.

Through a multimedia, multi-sensory exploration of Asana, music and Mantra, we will delve into the very texture of the Universe and explore how yoga Asanas can bring a greater understanding of our inner-connectedness and oneness with the Universe.
