The VCU show on Oct. the 18th was great fun. Our good friend Gauri, a PHD student at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), invited us to perform as guests of the Yoga Education Student Orginization (YESO). The turnout was a little less then expected due to an unforseen student holiday that occured over the weekend, but all who were there danced and chanted their hearts out.

We were joined by Rambhoru and her healing harp which took the music to another dimension as well as the regular crew of Syam on Sarode, Jayananda on bass and Ramdas on mrdanga. Since we were playing in an auditorim with a projector, we put up photos by Andre Wagner (Ananda Caitanya das) as our backdrop. By the way, Andre Wagner is coming out with his debut photobook entitled Autentic Nature. We will have copies of it available in the store within a few weeks.
